What services do you offer?

I specialize in marketing automation and CRM implementation, cleanup, and ongoing administration. Including direct mail coordination and lifecycle marketing across channels. See the full breakdown above. 

What's the difference between full-service and fractional engagements?

Full-service is project-based, with a defined scope and a clear start and finish, a migration, a rebuild, a cleanup. Fractional is ongoing, embedded support structured around a set number of hours a week or month, for teams that need consistent marketing ops expertise without a full-time hire. 

Are you a HubSpot and Salesforce specialist, or do you work with other platforms too?

HubSpot and Salesforce are where I'm certified and go deepest, and most of my work centers there. But my background spans other marketing automation and CRM platforms as well, if you're on a different stack, that's not a dealbreaker, just something to talk through.

How does an engagement typically start?

Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a contract. We'll talk through your current setup, what's not working, and whether project-based or fractional support fits better before any scope is defined. 

Do you work with small businesses, or only larger companies?

Both. I've supported organizations from SaaS startups to healthcare companies to legal/IP services firms, so team size matters less than having a clear need. 

Are you available for remote engagements?

Yes - all work is done remotely, and I've supported teams across the U.S. as well as international markets.
